Sainik School Admission Form 2023-24 – National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the admission form for Sainik school in the last is released on 21 of October 2022. The Sainik School admission form 2023 will be released on the official website of NTA, aissee.nta.nic.in. Students must check the AISSEE eligibility criteria carefully before filling the AISSEE application form.

NTA will conduct the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination in the first week of January 2022-23. Students will have to submit Rs. 650/- (Rs. 500 for SC/ST) as application fee while filling the Sainik school admission form 2022-23. GENERAL INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF ALL INDIA
SAINIK SCHOOLS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (AISSEE)-202

1.Sainik Schools Society (SSS) is an Autonomous Organisation under the
Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. All 33 Sainik Schools in the Country come under
the control of Sainik Schools Society. Sainik Schools are English Medium
Residential Schools affiliated to CBSE. Sainik Schools prepare cadets (Boys & Girls)
to join the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Indian Naval Academy (INA) and
other Training Academies for Officers’ entry while imparting quality education from
Class-VI to Class-XII as per CBSE Curriculum.

2.All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) is conducted by
National Testing Agency (NTA) for all Schools throughout the Country on the
Second Sunday of January every year for admission into Classes VI & IX.
Interested candidates (Indian Domiciled) are to fill the Online Application as per
guidelines issued by NTA through their Website.

3.All criteria for admission is available in the NTA Websites www.nta.ac.in and
https://aissee.nta.nic.in. https://aissee.nta.nic.in.Some details for the admission into Academic Year
2023-2024 are given below:-

a.Entrance Examination: 08 January 2023 (Sunday)

b.For Admission to Class-VI:
A candidate should be between
10 and 12 years as on 31 March 2023 for admission to Class-VI; i.e. he/she
should have been born between 01 April 2011 and 31 March 2013 (both days
inclusive) for admission to the Academic Year 2023-24. Admission for girls is
open for Class-VI. Age criteria is same as boys.

C.For Admission to Class-IX:

A candidate should be between
13 and 15 years as on 31 March 2023 for admission to Class-IX; i.e. he
should have been born between 01 April 2008 and 31 March 2010 (both days
inclusive) for admission to the Academic Year 2023-24. He should have
passed Class-VIII Exam from a Recognised School at the time of admission.
Admission to Class-IX is not open to girls as of now.

4. Mode of Examination. Paper Pencil on OMR Answer Sheets with Multiple
Choice Questions (MCQ) for both Classes VI and IX.

5.Candidates are advised to check availability of seats and reservation criteria
for admission into Sainik School Kodagu in the Information Bulletin published /
uploaded in the Website of NTA.

6.Admission in Sainik Schools for Classes VI & IX will be only through
appearing in Entrance Examination. There is no provision for lateral admission in
any other class in Sainik Schools or to change the choice of the School made at the time of applying online.

7.For details [viz. general information, eligibility requirements, admission
and reservations, steps in filling up the examination form, barred items,
information for parents/guardians, admit card, instruction to be followed in the
examination hall, use of unfair means / malpractice, post AISSEE activities and
